Sausage Cheese Dip


Ingredients:

3 pkgs. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
2 chopped green peppers
1 chopped onion
1 4-oz can jalapenos (hot is what I use)
1 4-oz can green chilies (hot is what I use)
2 8-oz pkgs. cream cheese
4 c sour cream
3 tomatoes (I don't use these)
Garlic power & seasoning salt to taste (I use a lot)

Brown meat, then drain grease. 

Mix in onions & green peppers and let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  
Place cream cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, and green chilies in crock pot on low. 

Add meat mix to cheese mix and stir together.

Add garlic power after about 1 hour and stir. Repeat if you want. Top with tomatoes.  
Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
