Potato Wedges

8 potatoes- cut into wedges
1/4 c. olive oil
6 cloves garlic- finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley

Preheat over to 400 degrees

Toss Potatoes, oil, garlic, salt, & pepper (coat potatoes well)

Bake 1 hour or until browned & crisp

Remove potatoes from oven.

Toss potatoes with chopped parsley.
