Country Potatoes

(Funeral Potatoes)

1 2 lb. pkg. Ore-Ida frozen Hash Browns
1/2 C. Grated Cheese
1 C. Sour Cream
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c. Chopped onions
1 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and put in 9x13 baking dish (or 2 8x8 baking dishes, one can be covered and frozen for baking later)

Topping:

1 1/2 C. Cornflakes, crumbled
4 Tbsp. melted butter

Mix together, sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly and golden brown)
