Creamy Chicken & Chile Enchiladas

1 pound chicken
1 pkg (8 oz cream cheese-cubed
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
1 pkg tortillas
2 cans (100 oz.) green enchilada sauce
3/4 C. Cheese

In crockpot, combine chicken, green chiles, and enchilada sauce. Cook until chicken is done. ( I throw in 3-4 frozen costco chicken breasts and cook on high for about 4 hours)

Shread chicken in crockpot, add cream cheese.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Assemble enchiladas. Tortilla, cheese, chicken sauce, roll up.

Sprinkle cheese over top of enchiladas. Top with extra sauce if desired.

Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
