Broccoli Salad


BROCCOLI SALAD –



1 ½ lbs each of broccoli and cauliflower


1 c raisins or craisins


1 c sunflower seeds


1 small red onion, chopped


8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumpled

1 cup cashew nuts (optional)


 


Dressing


¼ c sugar


1 c mayonnaise


1 T apple cider vinegar
