1 1/2 tsp Soft Butter
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/4 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
Water
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Add egg, zest, & vanilla until creamy.
Sift flour & salt in separate bowl. Add slowly to butter mixture.
Add few drops of water to remove dough from sides of bowl.
Refrigerate 2 Hours.
