Quiche

Quiche

Complicated, no real recipe!  Amounts are not exact.

2 frozen pie shells
1 Lb bacon
Lg bg fresh spinach
1 lb sharp cheddar shredded
8-12 eggs
1/2 cup cream

Chop, brown, drain bacon.  Steam spinach.

Split bacon, cheese, spinach between 2 pie shells

Beat eggs and cream with a little salt pepper and a touch of garlic powder.  Pour over pie shells and bake about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven till brown on top.  Let set for a few minutes before cutting.
