Mini Meatloaf

Meatloaf recipe: Laura Greenhaulgh

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 lb Ground Beef
1 egg
1/2 C. Quick Oats
3/4 C. Milk
1 C. Grate Cheese
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Chopped Onions

Mix all ingredients together, should be a wet mixture. Spray pans. Use mini loaf pans or cupcake pans. Mix Sauce ingredients and spread over the top of the loaves.

Sauce for top of Meatloaf:

1/2 C. Brown Sugar
3/4 c. Ketchup
1 1/2 Tsp. Mustard

Bake for 30-40 minutes

Note: Make extra sauce to drizzle over finished product! Yummy :)
