Homemade Onion Soup Mix

Onion Soup Mix:   3/4 cup minced onion 1/3 cup beef bouillon 4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. crushed celery seed 1/4 tsp. sugar Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container. About 5 Tablespoons of mix are equal to (1) 1.25 oz pkg.
