2 C. Brown Sugar
2 C. White Sugar
2 C. Unsalted Butter, room temp.
4 eggs
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 C. Flour
2 c. Quick Oats
2 bags chocolate chips
3 C. Pecans (or preferred nuts)
1/2 bag Coconut
Cream Together Sugars & butter
Add eggs and beat well
Add salt, baking powder, vanilla, & baking soda
Mix well and then stir in flour & oats, preferably sifted together and then combined.
Add chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut. Mix together with clean hands.
Refrigerate 1 hr.
Mold dough into balls (slightly smaller than a golf ball) and drop onto ungreased cookie sheet or Silpat.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Makes several dozen cookies!
